Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a.  Unleaded Gasoline, #2 Undyed Diesel and Dyed Diesel Fuel Bid #12-BA-110, Contract Period is November 19, 2010 through November 18, 2013 – Bid established for the purchase and delivery of total Unleaded Gasoline, #2 Undyed Diesel and Dyed Diesel Fuel needs for The School Board of Clay County, The Board of Clay County Commissioners, The City of Green Cove Springs and The Town of Orange Park.  Ten (10) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load, one (1) no bid, one (1) not as specified and five (5) bids received.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications.
